ParkSFO is the largest off-airport parking company located at SFO. This position serves as a critical link in our shuttle operations, specifically covering the Graveyard Shift. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting safe and proper shuttle operations through scheduling, employee communication, dispatching, and shift management. You will coordinate driver activities and shuttle assignments to resolve service issues, minimize downtime, and ensure shuttles run consistently every 5-7 minutes to and from the airport terminals.
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for both customers and employees, courteously answering questions and assisting with luggage as needed. You will facilitate monthly driver meetings, ensure compliance with company training requirements, and maintain a thorough knowledge of all SFO Airport terminals and major local roadways. Your day-to-day involves visually inspecting driver uniforms, verifying attendance, and directing customers to the Facility/Operations Manager for complex issues. You will also be prepared to cover open shifts on short notice and report any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations immediately.
Candidates must possess a valid CA-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record, including a Class B passenger endorsement. Prior experience with shuttle driving, dispatched transportation operations, or scheduling is highly valued. The role requires a High School Degree or equivalent and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
