About the Role

As a Maintenance Supervisor at NAS Fallon, NV, you will serve as the critical link between operational needs and technical execution for aircraft under contract. You will direct, coordinate, and monitor all maintenance actions necessary to retain or restore aircraft, material, and equipment to a serviceable condition with maximum efficiency. This role exists to ensure flight safety and operational readiness by managing the day-to-day operations of assigned work groups and overseeing the complex logistics of aircraft maintenance.

In this position, you will lead a team in a dynamic environment that requires both strategic oversight and hands-on presence. Your day will involve liaising with Quality Assurance, coordinating Depot Level Inspection/Repair actions, and managing workload priorities to meet daily flight schedules and ground test requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring all maintenance conforms to Navy standards, manufacturer specifications, and company policies while maintaining a safe and orderly work environment on the flight line. This role demands the ability to work in outside weather conditions and provides the opportunity to instruct and train lower-level employees in proper work methods.
