The team operates with a strong bias for action, preferring to build and learn with customers over debating in the abstract. About the Role
This position is designed for individuals who want to own problems end-to-end and deliver measurable outcomes. You will design and implement LLM-powered systems and scalable agentic workflows in production, while building robust data processing pipelines for evaluation datasets and feedback loops. The role requires applying novel research ideas to create production systems that push the boundaries of AI.
A key part of your day involves working directly with customers to deeply understand their workflows and deliver products that meaningfully impact their systems. You will also contribute to technical blogs and research implementations that strengthen our technical foundation.
