As an LLM Fine-Tuning Engineer, you will be a core member of our in-house team, contributing directly to our Statement of Work (SOW) delivery roadmap. You will design, execute, and operationalize fine-tuning workflows for large language models, working closely with cross-functional partners to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions.
In this role, you will raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers. You will be expected to navigate the trade-offs between data quality, compute budget, evaluation rigor, and shipping velocity, ensuring that your work holds up well in production.
