About the Role

If you are an expert storyteller with a passion for AI, this is the role for you. As an AI Creative Manager, you will be equal parts expert storyteller and AI builder. You will architect, train, and optimize generative AI systems that produce production-ready content across product marketing, email, web, and customer communications at scale. Your work involves building AI agents that write marketing copy while possessing the editorial judgment to know when the machines get it wrong.

A day in the life blends strategic marketing vision with hands-on creative craft. You will partner with product teams and commercial leaders to deliver high-impact content that fuels customer acquisition and brand preference. Your innovations will shape how we scale creative excellence and drive meaningful business results, translating business objectives into creative storytelling to support evolving campaign needs and go-to-market strategies.

Location & Compensation

This position is based in Hawthorne, CA or Austin, TX. The base salary range for this position is $120,500.00 - $163,000.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
