At Klaviyo, we value the unique backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives each of us brings to our workplace. We believe everyone deserves a fair shot at success and appreciate the experiences each person brings beyond traditional job requirements. We empower creators to own their own destiny by making first-party data accessible and actionable like never before. To reach our goals, we need a crew of remarkable creators—ambitious and collaborative teammates who stay focused on our north star: delighting our customers.
We are committed to a policy of equal opportunity and non-discrimination. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, citizenship, national origin, color, religion or religious creed, age, sex (including pregnancy), gender identity, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, veteran or active military status, marital status, criminal record, genetics, retaliation, sexual harassment, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
AI fluency at Klaviyo includes responsible use of AI (including privacy, security, bias awareness, and human-in-the-loop). We provide accommodations as needed.
This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, pipeline generation, and editorial operations. As the Content Marketing Lead, you will own the strategy, development, production, and performance of global campaign, demand generation, and thought leadership content. You will lead the creation of content that builds market trust, shapes perception, supports go-to-market priorities, and drives measurable business outcomes across segments and regions.
You will partner closely with product marketing, PR, brand, sales, regional marketing, events, customer marketing, and external agencies to turn complex ideas into high-impact content programs that resonate globally. This person will own content from ideation through publication and measurement across formats including gated assets, research reports, one-pagers, landing pages, webinars, interactive experiences, articles, executive bylines, customer stories, video, and audio.
A critical part of this role is helping Klaviyo modernize how content gets made. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building or operating AI-assisted editorial production systems, including vibe coding workflows in tools like Claude Code or Claude CoWork, and can help improve the speed, consistency, and scalability of content production globally.
