About the Role

This Agile Field Sales Representative role is a pivotal part of a rapidly expanding hub delivery program. You will serve as the primary face of the initiative in the field, traveling extensively to build relationships with local businesses and community leaders. Your mission is to transform local businesses by generating interest in the program, guiding them through the application process, and managing a robust funnel of prospective delivery partners.

You will operate in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment where your work directly contributes to long-term growth. The position offers the unique opportunity to work within an elite team that supports your development, with the potential for conversion to a permanent role. While the role is based out of Austin, TX, approximately 75% of your time will be spent traveling to new and established markets to conduct door-to-door outreach, host local events, and meet with community leaders. When not traveling, you will manage sales and recruiting funnels from the office, collaborating with internal stakeholders to refine acquisition strategies.
