About the Role

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will serve as the bridge between our cutting-edge products and the customers who rely on them. Your primary mission is to explain complex technical product specifications, advise on purchasing decisions, and drive the sales pipeline forward. This is an individual contributor role focused on conducting thorough market research, analyzing competitor offerings, and managing the growth of your sales territory.

You will spend the majority of your time in the field, delivering in-person, face-to-face product demonstrations to customers, engineers, distributors, and manufacturer representatives. The role requires you to not only sell but also solve problems for clients with installed products, recommending improved materials and machinery. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, generate high-quality leads, and negotiate contract terms. Additionally, you will play a key role in training other team members on technical aspects and providing post-sales support.

Location and Travel

This is a full-time, remote position based in the Southeast Coast region. However, travel is a critical component of the role, with up to 85% of your time spent in the market. Being in front of customers to provide demonstrations, training, and support is imperative to success in this position.
