About the Role
As a Founding Provider in Virginia, you will join our ground-floor expansion to shape the future of this market. This 1099 contractor role offers the freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and grow your practice on your terms. You will deliver safe, high-quality treatments—including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials—while Pinch covers all overhead costs, malpractice insurance, and marketing.
You will have the opportunity to treat clients through Pinch's national marketing platform as well as your personal network. The role is designed for both experienced injectors looking to scale their practice and new providers eager to gain confidence through comprehensive live and virtual training. With an average commitment of 4 to 24 hours per week, this position allows you to supplement your current job or transition to a full-time concierge practice.
Hiring Process
We are actively recruiting for our Founding Cohort of Providers in Virginia. Selected candidates will participate in upcoming live training sessions in the DMV area to master injectables and other core treatments. Upcoming training dates include:
- May 30th & 31st in Fairfax, VA
- June 6th & 7th in Richmond, VA
- June 27th & 28th in Virginia Beach/Norfolk
