About the Role
We are seeking an Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this position, you will be instrumental in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to meet rigorous customer requirements regarding cost, quality, and delivery. You will serve as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, sales teams, and shop floor personnel to ensure alignment on project specifications.
Your day-to-day work will involve analyzing manufacturing problems to implement effective solutions, resolving production issues such as scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks, and modifying engineering drawings to support sheet metal fabrication processes. You will also be responsible for estimating time and material costs for a wide range of projects and maintaining accurate process routers and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
