As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will serve as a strategic partner in driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. This role is designed for a technical expert who thrives in a cross-functional environment, bridging the gap between product design and physical execution. You will be responsible for evaluating workflows, optimizing space requirements, and leading initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Your day-to-day impact will focus on the successful execution of engineering projects, from new product introduction to the refinement of existing processes. You will identify areas for improvement, develop strategic plans, and oversee the implementation of changes to machinery, equipment, and production methods. By staying abreast of industry trends in metal fabrication and manufacturing, you will incorporate relevant innovations to keep our processes competitive and effective.

Experience working with end-to-end material conveyance systems. Certification in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Experience in CAD design with SolidWorks 3D. Proficiency with the Autodesk Suite. Experience in an integrated ERP system environment with Epicor.
