Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDesign and manage alumnae and donor engagement programs aligned with fundraising goals
- check_circleDefine purpose, audience, and outcomes for all events and engagement initiatives
- check_circleDevelop event concepts, messaging, and run-of-show documents for Advancement events
- check_circleLead alumnae engagement through coordinated outreach, programming, and communication
- check_circleDesign meaningful touchpoints to deepen relationships with alumnae and donors
- check_circleIdentify potential donor prospects through engagement activities and track participation
- check_circlePartner with the Annual Giving Consultant to support reunion-based campaigns
- check_circleReview program outcomes and feedback to refine future programming and improve effectiveness
- check_circleManage and support the Alumnae Association Board, Class Agents, and Parents Club
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- verifiedMinimum of 3–5 years of experience in program management, event planning, community engagement, or a related field
Nice to Have
Experience in a school, nonprofit, or advancement/development environment. Experience working with alumnae or volunteer organizations. Familiarity with fundraising concepts and donor engagement strategies.
