At bpx energy, we are redefining what it means to be a modern energy company. Our focus is on high-performance, operational excellence, and delivering value, all while fostering an environment that encourages innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement. We operate with urgency, and our talent acquisition team plays a critical role in ensuring we have the best people to fuel our success.
The Senior Communications Advisor serves as a trusted counselor to senior leaders, shaping and executing strategic communications across internal and external landscapes. This role supports external engagements, conferences, community and advocacy initiatives, and enterprise-wide change efforts. With a heavier lean into internal communications, the position touches everything from executive messaging and intranet management to all-employee programs and external channels.
You will join a collaborative and evolving team where responsibilities rotate to keep the work varied and skills broad. The ideal candidate is an experienced, self-directed professional who is energized by building and improving programs rather than just executing tasks. Curiosity about how AI is reshaping the communications discipline, along with an eye for design or branding and a genuine interest in the energy industry, are significant assets here.
At bpx energy, we don't just hire people—we hire impact players. If you are looking for a role where you can own your work, deliver real results, and be a valued partner in shaping the future of energy, this is the place for you. We offer a reward and wellbeing package designed to enable your work to fit with your life, including access to health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible working schedules, paid time off, and a generous 401K matching program.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of protected characteristics like race, religion, color, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, veteran status, or disability status. Individuals with accessibility needs may request an adjustment or accommodation related to the recruiting process by contacting us.
If selected for a position, employment may be contingent upon adherence to local policy, which may include pre-placement drug screening, medical review of physical fitness for the role, and background checks.
This position is a hybrid of office/remote working. Negligible travel should be expected with this role, and the position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
