About the Role
As a Social Media Specialist, you will own the day-to-day management of our organization's social media presence across multiple platforms. This role exists to drive genuine engagement, strengthen communication, and support real organizational priorities rather than simply posting content. You will execute a consistent content strategy, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure messaging is timely, accurate, and aligned with our goals.
In this position, you will think ahead and make smart decisions about what gets posted, when, and why, without needing constant direction. You will work closely with leadership, marketing, and program staff to amplify member voices, highlight achievements, and facilitate meaningful conversations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where initiative and follow-through are expected, identifying what needs to be done and moving it forward proactively.

Requirements

- verifiedBilingual capability preferred
- verifiedBackground in marketing, communications, digital media, design, or a related field
Nice to Have
