About the Role
As an Adults/Family/Internal Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to our community. Your practice will encompass preventive and health maintenance, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. You will also serve as a primary care consultant to CFHC clinical staff and outside specialists managing CFHC patients.
This role is integral to our mission of delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare. You will work within a collaborative environment, adhering to CFHC's program philosophies and clinical pathways to improve patient outcomes. The position involves a dynamic day-to-day rhythm, ranging from direct patient care and surgical procedures using sterile techniques to reviewing lab reports, managing EHR records, and participating in community outreach programs.
You will have the opportunity to lead and support medical staff, precept medical students, and advise ARNPs. Additionally, you will represent CFHC in the community and participate in peer review activities and mandatory meetings to ensure continuous quality improvement and compliance with federal and state regulations.
