About the Role
As an Adults/Family/Internal Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to our community. Your practice will encompass preventive and health maintenance, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. You will also serve as a primary care consultant to CFHC clinical staff and outside specialists who treat CFHC patients.
This role is integral to our mission of delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare. You will work within a collaborative team environment, adhering to CFHC's program philosophies and goals while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. Your day-to-day involves managing patient care across various settings, including rotating to other CFHC centers and providing off-hours or Saturday clinic coverage as needed.
Beyond clinical duties, you will play a leadership role by supporting medical staff, precepting medical students, and assisting ARNPs. You will also represent CFHC in the community through staff outreach and off-site health care programs, helping to strengthen our presence and impact.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMaintain and update patient records in the EHR system in a timely and accurate manner
- check_circleFacilitate patient referrals to social services and outside specialists as needed
- check_circlePerform surgical procedures using sterile techniques and CDC guidelines
- check_circleProvide off-hours and Saturday clinic coverage as assigned by the CMO
- check_circlePrecept medical students and advise ARNPs according to approved protocols
- check_circleReview incoming lab, x-ray, and EKG reports and follow up on indicated results
- check_circleAssist in recruiting physicians and clinical staff in collaboration with HR and CMO
- check_circleConduct clinical evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for adult and family medicine patients
