We are seeking a passionate and experienced Adult Educator to join our team at the FAA Academy in Oklahoma City. In this role, you will conduct and administer various classroom courses, ensuring high-quality education and training for Air Traffic Control (ATC) students. You may serve as the primary instructor for courses, working in close partnership with a Certified Professional Controller (CPC) who provides real-life scenarios and subject matter expertise to enrich the learning experience.
Your day-to-day will involve participating in Instructional System Design (ISD) projects, including the development, revision, and maintenance of ATC training courses. You will prepare and organize instructional materials, monitor student progress, and provide constructive feedback and support to foster a dynamic learning environment.
