Join Colorado Springs School District 11 as a Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) at Twain Elementary School. In this 1.0 FTE role, you will serve as a vital link between classroom instruction and district-wide initiatives, helping to strengthen systems of learning and support across our schools.

Your work will focus on providing instructional leadership by supporting educators in implementing evidence-based practices. You will facilitate professional learning communities, coaching sessions, and mentoring programs to build teacher capacity. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to coordinating school and district initiatives, including curriculum development, technology integration, and student behavior supports.
You will use data to inform decision-making, analyzing student and classroom metrics to guide instructional strategies and program development. By fostering strong relationships with teachers, administrators, and families, you will help create a positive, inclusive, and equitable learning environment. Your role requires adaptability as you respond to evolving instructional and behavioral needs, ensuring that all students have access to the support they need to succeed academically and socially.
