About the Role
Be the first connection to care. As an Admissions Counselor at Royal Oaks Hospital, a subsidiary of Compass Health Network, you will serve as the calm and compassionate voice for individuals and families seeking help during moments of need. This evening shift role (Monday–Friday, 11:30 PM–7:30 AM) is designed for someone who values purposeful work and thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
You will be the first point of contact, guiding callers through the admissions process, scheduling assessments, and ensuring referrals are routed to the appropriate services within our hospital. This position is ideal for those who excel in communication, can stay grounded under pressure, and possess a genuine heart for helping others access behavioral health services.

Requirements
