This position is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling operations across multiple locations and large complex practices with multi-specialty and multi-department mixes. You will work closely with managers in each location, service area, or department, potentially managing other managers, staff, and overseeing all operations. The role focuses on developing administrative policies to improve operating efficiency, designing strategic plans to support clinical programs, and facilitating physician orientation to the organization. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, direct quality improvement activities, and oversee financial planning and reporting for all clinical operations.
