About the Company

Our vision is to be known as the most adventurous and innovative craft brewery in the world. The Bruery is one of the nation's most prominent boutique craft breweries, located in Orange County, CA. We operate under two distinct brands: The Bruery, specializing in barrel-aged and experimental ales (including our Terreux sub-brand for wild and sour ales), and Offshoot Beer Co., our newest brand focused on hop-forward beers.

Founded by Patrick Rue, who began brewing in his kitchen with an insatiable curiosity and a passion for interesting beer, we live at the intersection of tradition and bold creativity. We are easily inspired by the culinary world, traditional styles, natural ingredients, vineyards, and even junk food. Our goal is to create beers that deliver timeless flavors while pushing boundaries, sparking conversations, and bringing people together.

We go to market through four distinct channels: Online DTC, Tasting Rooms, a Washington D.C. store, and Wholesale distribution.

About the Role

As the Administrative Coordinator reporting directly to the Operations Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our employees, guests, and service providers. This is a unique and vital role that requires a poised, polished, and confident individual who can act as a role model for a positive attitude. You will be challenged with regular assignments that allow you to use your strengths and stretch your capabilities.

In this position, you will wear many hats, coordinating day-to-day office operations while supporting various administrative and sales needs. You will be the face of our office, greeting visitors, managing facility maintenance, and ensuring our common spaces are welcoming and stocked. Beyond the front desk, you will support the Leadership Team with scheduling, assist with onboarding and exiting processes, and coordinate sample shipments. You will also play a key role in our sales operations by updating product catalogs, managing distributor forms, and ensuring accurate product registration across different states. This role is perfect for someone energetic and outgoing who thrives in a dynamic environment where taste and memory guide our creative approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleCoordinate sample shipments with warehouse and stock the Conference Room PR shelf
