Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMonitor and transfer inbound leads from property sellers into the Podio CRM
- check_circleCollect and record detailed property and seller information in the CRM
- check_circlePrime sellers for negotiation using tone of voice and specific questions
- check_circleSet appointments for acquisitions managers to close deals
- check_circleCollaborate with acquisitions managers to follow up with sellers until deals are ready
- check_circleManage email, mail, and phone marketing data to launch campaigns
- check_circleCall property sellers to guide them through the acquisitions process
- check_circleResearch property data online and ensure consistency with the Transactions Admin
- check_circleOversee virtual assistants assigned to calling potential sellers
- check_circleAssist with new market research initiatives
