This role serves as the vital front-line point of contact for clients, ensuring high-volume inquiries via phone, email, and chat are handled with professionalism and efficiency. The position is designed to provide Tier 1-2 support across various products, programs, and services, requiring the successful candidate to document interactions meticulously within CRM systems and resolve routine issues while escalating complex matters as needed.
