Under the supervision of the Director of Property Management, the Administrative Assistant serves as the operational backbone of the Property Management office, providing essential administrative and secretarial support to the team and staff.
This is a full-time, hourly position where you will be the first point of contact for clients, managing phone lines and greeting visitors with a positive and professional demeanor. Your day-to-day involves maintaining accurate tenant and landlord files, processing applications, and verifying documentation. You will also handle critical tasks such as running credit reports, conducting landlord and employment verifications, and managing LAP and rental reports. Additionally, you will oversee the renewal process by sending necessary notices to landlords and tenants, while managing office logistics like ordering supplies and processing invoices.
