This position serves as the primary architect for staff training and compliance education within the organization. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training modules that ensure all staff members are proficient in enrollment and provider payment protocols, as well as the specific documentation requirements for Title XXII and Title V regulations.
Your day-to-day involves more than just delivering content; you will act as a strategic partner to the Family Service Director, helping to formulate department goals and identify systemic issues through rigorous file audits. You will survey staff to understand their training needs, develop a monthly training calendar, and provide ongoing technical assistance to ensure quality standards are met. This role requires a blend of creative instructional design and the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, ensuring that every team member is equipped to perform their duties with accuracy and compliance.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a structured interview process designed to assess both technical knowledge and cultural fit. This typically includes an initial conversation to discuss background and experience, followed by a deeper dive into specific scenarios related to training development and regulatory compliance. The final stage involves meeting with key leadership to discuss team dynamics and strategic alignment.
