We are seeking an Administrative Aide I/II to support the Deputy Director and the Office of the Director staff. This entry-to-full-performance role involves routine to moderately difficult administrative work requiring sound judgment and discretion, particularly regarding the security of confidential information and data.
In this position, you will serve as a vital liaison, handling complex correspondence, managing calendars, and compiling data to support high-level leadership. Upon satisfactory completion of a probationary period, the entry-level incumbent will be non-competitively promoted to the Administrative Aide II full-performance level.
