In this position, you will serve as a vital liaison, handling complex correspondence, managing calendars, and compiling data to support high-level leadership. Upon satisfactory completion of a probationary period, the entry-level incumbent will be non-competitively promoted to the Administrative Aide II full-performance level.

How to Apply: Only online applications will be accepted. Your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the minimum qualifications.

Interview Timeline: Tentative interviews are scheduled for May 28, 2026. Please note that dates are subject to change, and only selected candidates will receive confirmation and further details.

Conditions of Employment: Selected candidates must pass an administered Administrative Aide exam (previous passing scores from 8/1/2024 or later apply), meet all training standards, and successfully complete pre-employment checks, including background investigations and drug screenings. Candidates must also be willing to serve as essential employees, reporting during standard or non-standard hours as operations necessitate.

Equal Opportunity & Culture
