The Associate Director, US Market Access Strategy plays a pivotal role in optimizing market access strategies for Novartis Neuroscience and Immunology brands. This position serves as the primary point of contact for US product teams, ensuring that tactical execution aligns with broader organizational goals. The overarching objective is to position products for optimal payer coverage, ensure affordability for patients, and secure durable value for Novartis as products mature or extend into new indications.
This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, working across the US Market Access organization to engage subgroups such as Strategic Pricing & Contracting, Commercial Access Integration, and Patient & Support Services. You will collaborate closely with Product, Integrated Marketing, and Customer Engagement organizations to ensure market access strategies are seamlessly integrated into the go-to-market approach. The position involves managing vendor relationships, overseeing budgets, and driving critical market research to define fundamental commercialization principles.
There are three openings for this position. The role is based at either the East Hanover, NJ or Cambridge, MA site. Please note that this position requires travel as defined by the business (domestic and/or international) and Novartis is unable to offer relocation support. Remote work is not available for this role.
