ELIQUIS is the leading direct oral anticoagulant in the US. The US ELIQUIS Access and Affordability Secondee role sits on the US ELIQUIS Commercial Brand Team. This position serves a critical function on the ELIQUIS Alliance team, playing a key role in advancing the brand's strategies and tactics within the Access and Affordability space.
Advancement in this area is essential to the brand team's success. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally and within an Alliance to drive ELIQUIS performance. The secondee will lead initiatives essential to market expansion, brand growth, and access across the Payer channel, aligning closely with the ELIQUIS marketing team.
You will collaborate with Alliance payer marketing and USMA marketing partners to develop and execute key access resources. Your work will involve leading special projects to support strategic imperatives, such as Pharmacy, Direct to Patient, EVP, and Benefit Design Training. You will structure and act on feedback from the ELIQUIS field team and US Market Access organizations through Advisory calls and POA sessions.
The role requires you to evolve the payer asset tracking system, ensure timely material development, and contribute to long-term payer strategy, including health policy and formulary access initiatives. You will also deploy the monthly ELQ "Access Exchange" newsletter and provide payer content for marketing spotlight communications.
If you are currently in a driving position with a fleet vehicle and this secondment does not require driving as an essential function for 6 months or longer, you will be required to turn in your fleet vehicle for the duration of the non-driving secondment.
