About the Role
As the XTANDI HCP and Patient Marketing Lead, you will be a critical member of the U.S. Brand team, leading Astellas' flagship prostate cancer business. This role is designed for a strategic leader who can drive the commercial success of XTANDI by orchestrating all HCP and Consumer Marketing efforts.
You will serve as the liaison between the U.S. team and global partners, including Pfizer co-promotion teams, Medical Affairs, and agency partners. Your day will involve guiding the development of 3-year strategic brand plans, overseeing tactical execution across omnichannel platforms, and managing a team of five direct reports. You will champion a culture of growth, ensuring your team is coached and developed to achieve personal and professional satisfaction while delivering on business goals.

Location and Work Model
This position can be based in Northbrook, Illinois, or remote within the U.S. At Astellas, we recognize the importance of work-life balance and offer a hybrid working solution. Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree
- verified12+ years of relevant Pharmaceutical Industry experience in the U.S.
- verifiedDemonstrated experience in HCP, Consumer and/or Payer marketing
- verifiedOncology experience or demonstrated ability to get up to speed on new therapeutic areas quickly
- verifiedMust be willing to travel (approximately 30%)
Nice to Have
MBA or related advanced degree. Experience working in a co-promotion. Lung Cancer Marketing experience. Marketing team leadership experience.
