Inizio Engage has partnered with CSL Behring to seek a performance-driven Hospital Sales Specialist passionate about making a difference in healthcare. This role is designed to manage all aspects of territory business development, cultivating relationships within key hospital accounts, and driving education and awareness around a critical treatment portfolio.
You will serve as a vital link between CSL Behring and Health Care Professionals (HCPs), hospital decision-makers, pharmacy and infusion suites, and C-Suite stakeholders. Success in this position requires strong clinical and disease state knowledge, along with the ability to navigate the complexities of the U.S. hospital market. You will facilitate the development of new accounts while supporting the growth of existing ones, ensuring alignment on integrated strategic plans through active collaboration with Regional Sales Managers, marketing, medical affairs, healthcare systems, and operations.
Your day-to-day involves implementing CSL Behring's patient-focused hospital selling model, utilizing effective opening, probing, listening, and closing skills during customer calls. You will develop and execute territory business plans consistent with corporate direction, creating compelling rationales for the value of promoted products by comparing and positioning them against competitors. Additionally, you will review purchasing patterns and comprehend complex account interdependencies to proactively develop short- and long-term account plans in collaboration with the account team.
Candidates selected for this role will be evaluated on their ability to demonstrate outstanding competency in account management, external market focus, 1:1 customer interactions, clinical expertise, and business acumen.
