Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProcess all accounts payable transactions including bills, returns, and credit card charges
- check_circleReconcile vendor statements and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner
- check_circleEnsure necessary controls are in place to safeguard company assets
- check_circleAssist in training and supervising office staff to ensure audit requirements are met
- check_circleGenerate A/R statements for charges paid by the corporate office on behalf of dealerships
- check_circlePrepare daily cash sheets and assist with General Ledger maintenance and reclassifications
- check_circleSupport the annual 1099 process and assist with new vendor setup
Requirements
- verifiedGED or High School Diploma or Associate Degree in Accounting
- verified5+ years of experience
- verifiedPrevious experience in accounts payable or general accounting
- verifiedWorking knowledge of GAAP
- verifiedValid Driver's License
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office
