About the Opportunity

Vaco Los Angeles is partnering with a client to find an Accounts Payable Specialist based on-site in Woodland Hills, CA. This role is designed to support financial operations by managing the end-to-end payment lifecycle, ensuring expenses are controlled through the rigorous verification and reconciliation of invoices.

The Role

In this position, you will serve as a key liaison between the finance team and vendors. Your day will involve reviewing invoices for proper documentation and approval, matching them against purchase orders, and resolving any discrepancies. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate general ledger coding and managing the timely processing of both merchandise and expense invoices within the company's ERP system.

Beyond transactional processing, this role requires strong organizational skills to sort and distribute incoming mail, reconcile vendor statements, and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with company policies. You will work in a fast-paced environment where the ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines is essential.
