About the Opportunity
Vaco Los Angeles is partnering with a client to find an Accounts Payable Specialist based in Woodland Hills, CA. This on-site role is designed to support financial operations by managing the end-to-end payment lifecycle, ensuring expenses are controlled through the rigorous processing, verification, and reconciliation of invoices.
About the Role
In this position, you will serve as a key link between the company and its vendors. Your day-to-day involves reviewing invoices for proper documentation and approval, matching them against purchase orders, and resolving any discrepancies. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate general ledger coding, inputting data into the accounts payable system, and managing the timely processing of merchandise and expense invoices. Beyond transactional duties, you will sort and distribute incoming mail, reconcile vendor statements, and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
