About the Role
We are seeking a detail-driven AP/AR Specialist to support daily accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate financial processing. This role is vital for keeping financial workflows running smoothly, serving as a bridge between internal teams, vendors, and customers.
In this position, you will manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, handling everything from reviewing purchase orders and material receipts to processing invoices, credit memos, and vendor payments. You will maintain well-organized financial records and provide essential support to the broader accounting team, ensuring that job cost information and monthly financial reporting are accurate and up to date.
