We are seeking an Accounting Clerk with strong Accounts Receivable and collections experience to join our team in a fast-paced onsite environment in Anaheim, CA. This role is dedicated to supporting financial operations through accurate recordkeeping, customer follow-up, and the management of heavy AR workflows.

You will serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining positive client relationships. Your day-to-day will involve generating and processing invoices, performing bank deposits, and reconciling account discrepancies by analyzing AR activity. Additionally, you will play a vital role in month-end and year-end close processes, assist with inventory tracking, and collaborate with internal teams to provide essential financial support and reporting.
