As an Accountant in Financial Reporting & Accounting Compliance, you will serve as a key partner in the preparation of standalone financial statements for our diverse portfolio of properties and funds. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the intersection of accounting standards and real estate operations.
You will be the bridge between our internal data and external reporting requirements. Your day-to-day involves navigating complex US GAAP and IFRS standards, ensuring our disclosures are accurate, and collaborating closely with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit cycles. Beyond the numbers, you will engage directly with investors and external sponsors, translating complex financial data into clear, succinct summaries. This position offers the opportunity to work on special projects, help shape accounting SOPs, and gain deep exposure to the technical nuances of private equity and real estate transactions.
