About Santander

Santander is a global leader and innovator in the financial services industry, evolving from a high-impact brand into a technology-driven organization. Our people are at the heart of this journey, driving a customer-centric transformation that values bold thinking, innovation, and the courage to challenge what's possible. This strategic shift offers driven professionals the opportunity to grow, learn, and make a real difference.

About the Role

In the Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) Finance Product Control function, you will serve as a Vice President managing and monitoring large-scale project and accounting processes. This role exists to provide subject matter expertise to leaders and business lines, offering guidance on policy interpretation and communicating the impact of financial changes.

You will direct accounting teams by reviewing financial information, reporting, and disclosures, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards. Your day-to-day involves researching new products and best practices, proposing findings to the CFO Director, and collaborating cross-functionally to standardize new accounting requirements. As a primary resource and subject matter expert, you will represent the organization on specific accounting projects, coach junior professionals, and advise senior management on best practices to meet defined goals.

Additionally, the CIB Pipeline Manager aspect of this role oversees the end-to-end flow of banking transactions, client onboarding, and technical projects. Acting as a central coordinator between business lines, technology, and risk management, you will ensure efficient delivery from initiation to completion. You will manage the lifecycle of banking products, track progress against structured project plans, and serve as the central point of contact for internal teams and clients, handling escalations regarding delays or service issues.

Hiring Process

If this sounds like a role you are interested in, please apply. We are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible application process for all candidates. If you require any assistance or accommodation due to a disability or any other reason, please contact us at TAOps@santander.us to discuss your needs.

Our Culture and Commitment

We embrace a strong risk culture, expecting all professionals to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management. At Santander, we value and respect differences in our workforce and actively encourage everyone to apply. We offer a fair and competitive rewards package designed to support you, your family, and your well-being, recognizing that your contribution matters.
