In the Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) Finance Product Control function, you will serve as a Vice President managing and monitoring large-scale project or accounting processes. You will act as a central subject matter expert, providing guidance, interpretation, and communication of policy changes to business lines and the accounting team. Your role involves directing accounting teams, reviewing financial information, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
You will collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate the implementation of new accounting requirements and work with senior management to advise on best practices. By analyzing department work to develop efficient procedures and representing the organization as a primary resource for specific accounting projects, you will help drive the firm's operational excellence. Additionally, you will coach and delegate work to junior professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accuracy.
