The Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) Finance Product Control Vice President serves as a central subject matter expert within the accounting function. In this role, you will manage and monitor large-scale projects and accounting processes, providing critical guidance and interpretation to leaders and business lines. You will act as a primary resource for specific accounting initiatives, ensuring that new products, systems, and best practices are effectively researched and proposed to senior leadership.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with all lines of business to facilitate the timely implementation and standardization of new accounting requirements. By directing and guiding accounting teams, reviewing financial information, and analyzing departmental work, you will help develop more efficient procedures while maintaining high levels of accuracy. Additionally, you will represent the organization as a key stakeholder, advising senior management on best practices and coaching junior professionals to support overall department goals.
