About the Role

As an Account Sales Manager for the Knoxville, Chariton, and Ottumwa, IA territory, you will be the face of Keurig Dr Pepper brands in local retail stores. This role is focused on execution, merchandising, and driving brand growth through up-selling and fulfillment. You will be accountable for the retention and penetration of both small and large format customers within your assigned geography, while also managing select on-premise accounts.

Your day will involve partnering with key personnel to pre-sell products, promotions, and displays. You will develop and implement beverage shelf re-allocations designed to maximize sales, participate in the installation of revamped beverage sections, and ensure proper merchandising standards are met. From stocking racks and secondary displays to maintaining accurate sales records and ensuring adequate back stock, you will play a critical role in the availability and presentation of our portfolio, including Core, Bai, and other fan favorites.
