About the Role

As an Account Sales Manager for the Knoxville, Chariton, and Ottumwa, IA territory, you will be responsible for up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment, with a sharp focus on execution and merchandising. Your mission is to drive brand growth, share growth, and distribution for Keurig Dr Pepper brands, including 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other fan favorites.

You will be accountable for the retention and penetration of both small and large format customers within your assigned geography, potentially handling some on-premise accounts. Your day-to-day involves contacting key personnel to pre-sell products, promotions, displays, and point-of-sale materials. You will develop and implement beverage shelf re-allocations designed to maximize sales, participate in the installation of revamped beverage sections, and ensure proper mechanical operation, cleanliness, and product availability in chain store accounts.

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, 1st shift position starting at 6:30 AM. You will maintain accurate sales records, manage back stock to ensure product availability, and assist in the sale and placement of vendors.
