About the Role

As an Account Sales Manager for the Knoxville, Chariton, and Ottumwa, IA territory, you will be the driving force behind the execution and merchandising of Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores. Your mission is to up-sell and manage fulfillment and replenishment for both small and large format customers, ensuring deep penetration and retention within your assigned geography. You will support a diverse portfolio including 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other fan favorites.

In this role, you will partner with key personnel to pre-sell products, promotions, and displays. Your day-to-day involves developing and implementing beverage shelf re-allocations to maximize sales, participating in the installation of revamped beverage sections, and ensuring proper mechanical operation and cleanliness of vendor displays. You will maintain accurate sales records, manage back stock to ensure product availability, and assist in the strategic placement of vendors in chain store accounts. This position requires a hands-on approach to merchandising standards and a commitment to achieving specific volume and brand growth objectives.
