This position serves as the strategic bridge between FedEx Freight's logistics capabilities and the unique supply chain needs of customers within a defined geographic territory. The role is dedicated to driving new business development while ensuring the seamless implementation and ongoing success of existing accounts. You will act as a consultant, identifying specific customer requirements to deliver tailored Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) solutions that align with district goals.
In this capacity, you will manage the full sales cycle within a terminal operations locality. From conducting initial research and outreach to closing deals, your focus is on building lasting relationships. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of customer supply chains and the ability to collaborate closely with local operations teams to ensure service delivery matches sales promises. You will be the primary point of contact for navigating the competitive landscape and offering competitive pricing strategies.
