Account Manager Post Acute Care

About the Role

This position serves as the primary interface for Medline's products and services, dedicated to managing a book of business for existing accounts while driving revenue growth. You will act as a strategic partner to National and Regional accounts, creating demand for the organization's offerings and converting accounts to higher service levels. The role focuses on building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Operating within a business casual, entrepreneurial work environment, you will conduct regular status and strategy meetings to understand customer needs and align them with Medline's product strategies. Success in this role involves increasing revenue spend per account, coordinating sales forecasts with internal teams, and managing co-op accruals. You will also be responsible for setting up new customers in Medline's systems and identifying opportunities to introduce new products to both existing and new clients.

Location & Work Model

This is a field-based role requiring a 5-day in-office schedule. Candidates must reside near the Chico/Sacramento, CA area to effectively manage their sales territory, which includes smaller accounts located in secondary and tertiary markets.
