As an Account Manager II, you will serve as a strategic partner to a portfolio of 100-200 mid and mass market accounts. Your mission is to ensure a positive customer experience, sustain and enhance relationships, and drive revenue growth through renewals, relationship development, and upselling. You will act as a proactive consultant, leveraging your understanding of product offerings, subscription models, and licensing structures to identify selling opportunities and develop new revenue streams.
In this role, you will conduct quarterly business reviews with at least 75% of your accounts in their renewal year. Success requires a deep understanding of the customer's needs and decision-making hierarchy, allowing you to validate requirements and communicate the value of our solutions effectively. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams to build global market intelligence and share insights on customer trends and supply dynamics.
This position is fully remote but requires significant travel (approximately 50% of the time) to Arrow office locations as requested by leadership to support client visits and business development.
