As an Account Manager II, you will partner with a diverse base of 100-200 mid and mass market accounts to ensure positive customer experiences, sustained relationships, and revenue growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, proactively consulting with customers to understand their requirements, develop sales plans, and identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, and new revenue streams.
Your day-to-day involves leveraging deep knowledge of our product offerings and licensing models to communicate solution value. You will conduct quarterly business reviews with the majority of your accounts, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to share market intelligence, and manage the full lifecycle of renewals and growth targets. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution to maximize margins and deliver value-added, long-term solutions.
