You will serve as a strategic partner to a portfolio of 100–200 mid and mass-market accounts. Your mission is to ensure a positive customer experience, sustain and enhance relationships, and drive revenue growth through renewals, relationship development, and upselling. You will act as a proactive consultant, leveraging deep product knowledge to understand customer needs, navigate decision-making hierarchies, and develop new revenue streams. By collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams, you will help build global market intelligence and execute on solutions selling to maximize margins and long-term value.
