This role is designed for those who want to join a team where their work empowers customers to anticipate challenges and thrive in a rapidly evolving world.
In this position, you will manage a portfolio of 100-200 mid and mass market accounts, ensuring positive customer experiences, sustained relationships, and revenue growth. You will act as a proactive consultant, handling renewals, relationship development, and upsells by leveraging our solutions, services, and new offerings. Your day-to-day involves responding timely to customer inquiries, tracking at-risk renewals, and conducting quarterly business reviews with at least 75% of your accounts in their renewal year.
You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams to share and build global market intelligence. This role requires a 50% travel schedule to visit clients and an Arrow office location as requested by leadership. The position operates on a 70/30 split with commission included in the compensation package.
