As an Account Manager II, you will manage a portfolio of 100–200 mid and mass market accounts, ensuring positive customer experiences, sustained relationships, and revenue growth. You will act as a proactive consultant, handling renewals, relationship development, and upsells by leveraging our solutions, services, and new offerings. Your day-to-day involves responding timely to customer inquiries, tracking at-risk renewals, and conducting quarterly business reviews with at least 75% of your accounts in their renewal year.
This position requires a deep understanding of product offerings, subscription models, and licensing structures. You will develop sales plans to create new revenue streams, understand customer decision-making hierarchies, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams to build global market intelligence. While the role is fully remote, it includes a requirement to travel approximately 50% of the time to Arrow office locations as requested.
