As an Account Manager II, you will join a team of talented professionals who are curious, consultative, and motivated by meaningful impact. Your work will empower customers to anticipate challenges and thrive in a rapidly evolving world.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 100-200 mid and mass market accounts, ensuring positive customer experiences and driving revenue growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, proactively consulting on renewals and growth opportunities while leveraging our solutions and services. Your day-to-day involves understanding customer needs and decision-making hierarchies, conducting quarterly business reviews with the majority of your accounts, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to build global market intelligence.
This position is fully remote but requires significant travel (approximately 50% of the time) to Arrow office locations and customer sites to foster relationships and execute on solutions selling.
